Horace’s talks in schools, universities, libraries and literary festivals in which he introduces Dilo and tells how he discovered that the mischievous, make-believe dolphin can help of all abilities to learn to read and write more quickly are always enthusiastically received by the students and teachers alike. Horace enjoys the the challenge of speaking to all types of audiences, large and small. “If I cannot communicate with my fellow humans, how can I hope to communicate with dolphins who have brains as large as ours?” he says.
